RETURNS

If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with his purchase he can exercise his right of withdrawal and return the itemswithin 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods. Refunds will be credited to the payment method used to make the original purchase. The costs of returning the products are borne by the buyer.

Delivery of goods/delays

Items already available are shipped in 1-2 working days (Monday-Friday) from the order date.
During sales or promotion periods, shipments may take longer.

Shipping to Italy, delivery within 2-3 working days:

  • Italy: shipping fee 5 euros, free shipping for orders of at least EUR 59.

International shipping: the cost and shipping times vary depending on the destination. ​

  • Europe: shipping contribution  12 euros, free delivery for orders of at least EUR 99.

  • USA and Brazil: shipping fee 25 euros, free delivery for orders of at least EUR 199.

  • International: shipping fee  25 euros, free delivery for orders of at least EUR 199.

The ordered goods are delivered exclusively to the customer's address as resulting from the order. Partial deliveries of the ordered goods are permitted.

The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods as quickly as possible and in any case within 30 working days following the date of acceptance of the purchase order.

The delivery deadline is considered respected if the ordered goods have been taken over by the carrier responsible for delivery.

In the event of a culpable delay in delivery exceeding 30 days compared to the expected date, the customer will have the right to withdraw from the contract and demand reimbursement of the sums paid. With the exception of consumer customers referred to in art. 45 of the legislative decree. 21 February 2014, n. 21, any further claim, even of a compensatory nature, is excluded.

Delays caused even only partially by events such as strikes, lockouts and any further socio-political event or natural phenomenon that makes delivery impossible or particularly burdensome cannot be considered a culpable delay.

If, even after acceptance of the order, the goods ordered are no longer available, the Seller may withdraw from the contract by giving notice to the customer. In this case, the Seller will refund the customer any sums paid for the purchase. With the exception of consumer customers referred to in art. 45 of the legislative decree. 21 February 2014, n. 21, any sort of compensation for damages is excluded.
